- 1 small onion, sliced thin and separated into rings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; add 2 (6 ounce) cans mushroom crowns, drained.
