- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pod red pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. dill seeds
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. plain salt
Directions

1Put garlic, red pepper and dill seeds in the bottom of each pint jar.

2Pack tight with tender okra.

3Then boil the vinegar, water and salt.

4Put 1/2 teaspoon dill seed on top of each jar. Add boiling mixture to jars.

5Seal jars.

6Let stand 2 weeks before opening.

7Best to heat jars before filling.
