  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pod red pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dill seeds
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. plain salt

Directions

    Put garlic, red pepper and dill seeds in the bottom of each pint jar.

    Pack tight with tender okra.
  3. 3
    Then boil the vinegar, water and salt.
  4. 4
    Put 1/2 teaspoon dill seed on top of each jar. Add boiling mixture to jars.

    Seal jars.

    Let stand 2 weeks before opening.
  7. 7
    Best to heat jars before filling.
