- 4 lb. okra
- 10 pods hot pepper
- 10 garlic cloves
- 3/4 pickling salt
- 8 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Wash okra and pack in jars.

2Put 1 pod pepper and 1 clove garlic in each jar.

3Combine salt, vinegar and water; heat to boiling.

4Pour over okra and seal.

5Let stand several weeks before opening.
