- 1 qt. brown vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Wash cucumbers about 6 inches long (as long as they are firm and fresh); leave whole and fill gallon jars.

2Pour unsalted boiling water over to cover; weight down with a cup or something. Each morning, pour liquid off into kettle and heat to boiling and pour back over cucumbers for four days.
