- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 2 c. dark vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 4 qt. peeled peaches
- 1 stick cinnamon
Directions

1Boil sugar and vinegar 20 minutes.

2Place a few peaches at a time in syrup.

3Cook until tender.

4Pack into sterilized jars. When jars are full, fill with juice to cover.

5Seal jars immediately.
