- 1 1 lb. and 13 oz can of peach halves
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. whole cloves, tied in a bag
- 1 Tbsp. whole allspice, tied in a bag
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Directions

1Drain juice from peach halves into kettle.

2Add sugar, vinegar and spices.

3Boil for 10 minutes.

4Add peaches and cook for 5 minutes, or until peaches are heated through.

5Remove spice bags. Pack peaches in hot, sterilized jars.

6Fill jars with boiling syrup.

7Seal.

8Makes three 8 oz. jars.
