  • 7 lb. peaches, peeled and cut into halves
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves

Directions

    Combine sugar, vinegar and spices and bring to a boil.

    Add peaches and cook until tender.

    Put in hot jars and seal.

    To heat jars, place in boiling water.
