- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. salmon (16 oz. can)
- 4 eggs, separated
Directions

1In saucepan, mix bread crumbs, mustard and milk.

2Cook, stirring until thickened.

3Flake salmon with fork and stir in. Beat in egg yolks.

4In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly fold in salmon mixture.

5Turn into buttered casserole dish. Place casserole dish into pan of water and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
