- 3 lb. large green bell peppers (about 9)
- boiling water
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 8 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp. salad oil or olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Wash peppers and cut in half lengthwise.

2Remove veins and seeds.

3Cut in lengthwise strips and pack in hot, sterilized pint jars.

4Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.

5Drain off water.
