- 1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz.)
- 1 can pineapple chunks (8 1/4 oz.)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 to 8 whole cloves
- 2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Combine juice, sugar, salt and spices in saucepan; bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes, uncovered.

3Add pineapple and bring to boil.

4Remove from heat and cool.

5Refrigerate at least 5 days before serving.

6Keeps quite a long time.
