Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 3/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes/garlic/mustard, fennel, coriander seeds (optional)

Directions

    Slice or use a mandolin to slice the radishes.

    Put them into a jar.
  3. 3
    Heat up the vinegar, water, honey, to boiling point and then pour over the radishes and let cool.

    Serve immediately or leave in fridge.
