- 3/4 cups Japanese Rice Vinegar
- 1/3 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 heads Red Cabbage
Directions

1Put everything except the cabbage in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 5-7 minutes.

2Meanwhile, very thinly slice the cabbage. Place it in a glass or ceramic bowl.

3When the solution is ready, pour it over the cabbage. Let it cool for 5 minutes, moving it around a bit to make the liquid cover all the cabbage. Keep it in the fridge at least an hour before eating.
