- white vinegar
- 2 red pepper pods

1Cut kielbasa in 2 1/2-inch chunks to fill a quart or gallon jar.

2Heat sausage in boiling water to cover 3 minutes.

3Drain. Pack hot in jar.

4Heat white vinegar with pepper pods in.

5Pour over sausages.

6Cover with tight plastic cover.

7Put in fridge for 24 hours.
