- 3 c. water plus 1 Tbsp. pickling spices
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan bring water/pickling spices to boil for 1 minute.

2Add shrimp.

3Cook 1 minute or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.

4Combine rest of ingredients in bowl.

5Add shrimp and spices.

6Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally.

7Serves 8.
