- 4 c. squash
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- pimentos
Directions

1Slice squash in thin slices.

2Add chopped onion and peppers. Cover with 1 tablespoon salt for 1 hour.

3Add vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.

4Boil for 5 minutes.

5Add pimentos for color.

6Put in hot jars and seal.

7Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
