  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Anise Seed
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Or Saffron
  • 12 cups Turnips, Thinly Sliced To About 1/8-inch Thick
