- 2 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1/2 qt. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small hot pepper
- 1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Bring vinegar, water, salt, sugar and hot pepper to boil. Chop cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.

2Mix vegetables; put into jar.

3Pour hot vinegar over and seal.

4Water bath for 10 minutes.
