  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cups Green Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 30 ounces, weight Pork N Beans
  • 3/4 cups Pale Ale
  • 6 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Ketchup

Directions

    Brown the beef over medium heat with the green pepper, onion, and garlic. Once browned, transfer to a slow cooker.

    Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW for 4 hours with the lid on the cooker.

    Remove the lid and simmer for 1 hour on HIGH or until it reaches the desired thickness. Stir occasionally.
