Picnic Macaroni Salad

- 2 1/2 c. uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)
- 2 c. salad dressing or mayo
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Directions

1Cook rotini according to directions.

2Drain; rinse with cold water.

3In a large bowl, combine salad dressing, onion, sugar, relish and mustard; blend well.

4Stir in rotini, peas and eggs. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

5Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
