- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel sea salt
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast dry organic
- egg yolks for brushing
Directions

1Place all the ingredients in the bread-making machine and select the pastry program.

2When you finish the program, pour the pastry in a floured surface and split it into 12 small balls.

3Shape the balls always leaving the imperfect side down.

4Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper separated by 2 cm. Cover them with cling film greased with butter and let them rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

5Remove the cling film, brush the balls carefully with the egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 420°F for 10 minutes.

6Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove the balls to a grid.
