  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast dry organic
  • egg yolks for brushing

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in the bread-making machine and select the pastry program.

    When you finish the program, pour the pastry in a floured surface and split it into 12 small balls.

    Shape the balls always leaving the imperfect side down.

    Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper separated by 2 cm. Cover them with cling film greased with butter and let them rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

    Remove the cling film, brush the balls carefully with the egg yolk and bake in preheated oven at 420°F for 10 minutes.

    Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove the balls to a grid.
