- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 boneless chicken breast
Directions

1Cut everything into bite size slices.

2Fry the pieces of chicken in a little oil and seasoning.

3When chicken is completely done, add the bite sized vegetables and saute about 10 minutes. Can be served as is or with sweet and sour sauce.

4Also you can add a cup or two of cooked rice to stretch recipe.
