- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.

2In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.

3Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.

4Then with hands, mold dough into a ball.

5Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling it out into desired shape.

6Dough can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days or frozen until used.

7Makes 2 (9-inch) double pie crusts and 1 (9-inch) pie shell.
