- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco or 2/3 c. lard
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Using a pastry blender, blend flour, salt and Crisco until the mixture is the size of small peas.

2Add the cold water and mix until it cleans the sides of the bowl.

3Divide the dough in half and roll thin on a lightly floured table.

4Use one on the bottom of the pan and slit the top one to allow steam to escape.

5It's a good idea to place a pizza pan on the rack below to catch drippings. This saves oven cleaning.

6This makes 2 crusts.
