  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • milk

Directions

    Cut shortening into flour and salt in a large bowl.

    Put egg in one-cup measuring cup and beat.

    Add vinegar and finish filling cup with milk.

    Add to flour; mix.

    Roll to desired thickness. Yields 2 to 3 pie crusts.
