  • 1/2 c. shortening (1 part each butter, margarine and Crisco)
  • 5 tsp. ice water
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Sift flour and salt together.

    Place shortening in with flour; cut

    with pastry blender. Add ice

    mix.

    Roll out with rolling pin; shape into pie pan.

    Makes an 8-inch pie crust.
