  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Sift flour and salt.

    Cut in Crisco until crumbly, then stir in combined milk and vinegar.

    Turn onto lightly floured board or pastry cloth.

    Knead a few times.

    Place in pie pan and flute with fingers.
