- 3 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
Directions

1Beat the egg, water and vinegar lightly.

3Mix shortening in flour until coarse.

4Add the water mixture, a small amount at a time.

5This makes a soft dough.

6It will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks or longer.
