- 5 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. cold water
Directions

1Combine flour, Crisco and salt with pastry blender.

2Beat egg slightly and put in 1 cup measuring cup.

3Add vinegar and fill rest of measuring cup up with water.

4Mix with flour mixture and roll out on floured board.

5Makes 3 (2 crust) pies or 6 single crusts. For single crusts, bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Bake 2 crust filled pies for 30 minutes at 425°.
