Pie Crust Pizza

  • 1 package Frozen Pie Crust
  • 1 whole Roma Tomato, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 4 slices Deli-sliced Swiss Cheese
  • 13 cups Grated Parmesan
  • 1 package (7 Oz. Package) Pesto, Or To Taste

Directions

    Allow pie crust to thaw.

    Once it has reached room temperature, roll it out into a circle large enough to fit onto a pizza pan, pizza stone, or cookie sheet.

    Brush the surface of the crust with the dijon mustard.

    Tear the slices of swiss cheese apart, and place them on top of the mustard.

    Add dollops of pesto (to your preference) on top of the cheese, just barely spreading it.

    Place thin slices of tomato on top of cheese and pesto.

    Sprinkle parmesan over the top of everything.

    Bake according to pie crust directions.
