- 1/4 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- selected filling
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large pot boiling water
Directions

1Combine flour, eggs and water to form a firm dough.

2Break off small portion of dough at a time and roll out onto floured surface until thin.

3Cut into circles using the rim of a 16 ounce glass (floured).

4Fill center with 1 teaspoon of filling and fold in half.

5Seal edge with water and press lightly with fork tip.
-
6Drop into boiling water and butter mixture.
-
7Cook until they float and remove from water.
-
8Brush with butter and freeze.
