  • 12-16 Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Salt/pepper to taste)
  • 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes (Salt/pepper/milk/margarine to taste, )
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Package Bacon

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain.

    In medium bowl - mix potatoes with cheddar cheese

    In medium bowl - mix cottage cheese and egg

    Chop bacon and fry until almost done. Add onions and saute until transparent and soft

    Layer bottom of baking dish with noodles (4 slightly overlapping), then cottage cheese, then noodles, then potatoes, then noodles, then potatoes, then noodles (optional), then onions/bacon. Cover.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Uncover and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
