- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions, chopped
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, water and salt; mix well.

2Add flour; mix well.

3Knead until smooth.

4Roll out thin on lightly floured surface.

5Cut in circles (soup can works well as a cutter).

6Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each circle.

7Dampen edges of dough and fold over filling.

8Drop in boiling chicken broth; cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

9Remove from broth.

10Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until soft.

11Place pierogi on platter and spoon onions and butter over.
