- 10 lb. front pig feet, split in half
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 pt. vinegar
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean feet real good.

2Put feet in pot of water, enough to cover feet, with 5 tablespoons of salt.

3Put in the refrigerator overnight.

4Next morning, wash feet with water until salt is removed.

5Put back in pot with vinegar and crushed red pepper. After it comes to a boil, cook three hours.

6Put feet in platter. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt, if needed.

7Invite five more people and enjoy yourself.
