  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 large box instant pudding mix (mix as directed on box)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Mix the cake mix, oil, sugar, eggs and mandarin oranges together.

    Pour into 3 round cake pans.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
