  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Beat yellow cake mix, mandarin oranges and juice, oil and eggs.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Cool.

    Combine Cool Whip, vanilla pudding and crushed pineapple with juice and put on top of cake.
