  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (cream)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender.

    Remove skin and debone.

    Cut into small pieces.

    Pour rice into chicken broth and cook as directed on rice box.

    Mix the chicken soup, mayonnaise, onion, rice, pepper, margarine and chicken into pan and stir.

    Spray casserole dish with Pam.

    Pour in.

    Place almonds on the top.

    Cook at 400° for 30 minutes.
