- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (cream)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 2 1/2 c. Minute rice
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Remove skin and debone.

3Cut into small pieces.

4Pour rice into chicken broth and cook as directed on rice box.

5Mix the chicken soup, mayonnaise, onion, rice, pepper, margarine and chicken into pan and stir.

6Spray casserole dish with Pam.

8Place almonds on the top.

9Cook at 400° for 30 minutes.
