  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin orange slices, undrained
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding (use dry)

Directions

    Beat together the first 4 ingredients.

    Pour into three (8-inch) cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Drain the can of pineapple.

    Pour the pineapple juice over the cooked cakes to make them soggy.

    Allow them to cool.

    Then mix pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Beat.

    Ice and refrigerate cake.
