- 2 c. (1 1/2 pkg.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. rum
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on package.

2Add 1 1/3 cups coconut after beating.

3Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

4Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
