- 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks (undrained)
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 15 ice cubes
- 1 c. low-fat milk or soy milk
- 1/2 c. pineapple-orange banana juice
- 1/2 tsp. rum extract
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 c. low-fat milk or soy milk
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. 100% raspberry preserves
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- frozen raspberries (to decorate)
Directions

1Blend all the ingredients together until the cottage cheese is smooth.

2Taste and add more lime juice, if required.
