- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup pine nuts, chopped
- powdered sugar, to taste
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar until smooth.

2Sift together salt and flour.

3Add flour mixture to the butter mixture, and mix well.

4Add vanila& nuts and stir until combined well.

5Chill until easy to handle (1 hour or overnight).

6Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

7Form into small balls (approximately 3 dozen) and roll in some powdered sugar to coat.

8Set on greased baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes.

9Cool on wire racks.
