- 1 bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix evaporated milk and sugar in a large bowl.

2Pour marshmallows in, stir to coat.

3Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.

4The next day, pour pineapple into marshmallows.

5Beat whipping cream into marshmallows.

6Beat whipping cream in another bowl until whipped and fluffy.

7Fold into marshmallows.

8If desired, quarter or halve maraschino cherries and mix in.
