- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
Directions

1Combine the fruit, cornstarch and sugar.

2Pour into a pastry lined pie pan; dot with the butter and adjust the top crust. Prick crust and sprinkle with sugar.

3Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
