  • 2 c. canned apricots
  • 1 c. cooked pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie

Directions

    Combine the fruit, cornstarch and sugar.

    Pour into a pastry lined pie pan; dot with the butter and adjust the top crust. Prick crust and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
