- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 to 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat 1 minute.

3Add pineapple and fold in bread.

4Bake in buttered 2-cup casserole for 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
