- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained very, very dry
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar well.

2Add eggs and beat each thoroughly.

3Add the drained pineapple, then fold in bread cubes. Bake in 1 1/2-quart (greased) casserole for 1 hour at 350°.

4Can be served with lemon sauce as dessert.

5Excellent with ham.
