- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs and sugar until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple. Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.

3Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. Serve warm.
