Pineapple-Barbecue Chicken

- 1 fryer, cut up or 8 thighs or 4 breast halves
- 1 1/2 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Place chicken pieces side by side in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar and pineapple together and pour over chicken.

2Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 350°, basting often.

3If it begins to brown, cover with aluminum foil.
