- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets, drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.

2Add pineapple and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick, about 2 minutes.

3Add beets, butter and lemon juice.

4Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
