  • 1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
  • 1 box instant coconut pudding
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix everything together in a large bowl.
  2. 2
    Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 300° and bake an additional 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove.
