Pineapple Bread

  • 6 slices bread (white or Italian bread recommended)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunked pineapple, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, slightly melted

Directions

    Cube bread slices and all ingredients together and mix well. Spray loaf pan or 8 x 8 square pan with Pam (or similar pan spray). Pour all ingredients in pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Top of bread should be slightly brown.

    Cool bread before slicing for easier handling.
