Pineapple Bread Pudding

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 5 slices white bread, crusts removed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in pineapple and juice.

3Cube bread and add to pineapple mixture.

4Bake in a greased casserole at 350° for 1 hour.
